Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead needs assessment for training and staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving company’s goals and objectives
- Manage design and implementation policies and procedures within the organization
- Provide expertise in strategy development and execution, planning and facilitation of employee relations efforts
- Responsible for adaptability, employee satisfaction and retention, and employee development
- Work in collaboration with the HR leaders to develop, design, and implement various learning programs
- Design and provide training programs for employees and management
- Motivate personnel within the organization and train senior leaders and business managers
- Manage organizations’ strategy and functional planning
- Oversee day to day management within the organization
- Assess effectiveness of training in terms of employee accomplishments and performance
Experience requirements
Position Qualifications:
- Proven track record of leading formal Organization Development interventions at different levels of system
- Experience leading and coaching cross-functional teams and managing teams of professionals
- Well-organized with strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to solve problems quickly and creatively
- High level of proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent oral, written, interpersonal communication, public speaking, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and accurately in a high-paced, deadline-oriented environment
