Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- In charge of planning, developing, managing and overseeing talent acquisition and recruitment processes and strategies.
- Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast
- Create weekly report for management on recruiting and vacant positions
- Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychological/personality tests etc.)
- Ensure candidate a positive experience at every stage from screening to hiring process
- Interview candidates who are applying for a job.
- Assess the needs of current employees.
- Be able to navigate and use HRIS, Recruitment Marketing tools
- Work closely with compensation and benefits to design competitive package proposal
- Source and find candidates qualified for open positions
- Design and implement employee referral programs
- Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors of the company
Experience requirements
Requirements:
- A degree in human resources management, business administration or a relevant field
- Prior experience as a talent acquisition manager, or similar experience in an HR role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Knowledge of human resources laws
- Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms
- Ability to multitask
- Knowledge of various interviewing methods
