Job Responsibilities
- Contact and conduct meeting with business partnerships
- Do a minute meeting and follow up tasks until campaign finish
- Tracking project process to ensue completion of launching
- Facilitate smooth running process for both business partners and internal departments
- Prepare, monitor, and report analysis of feedback of campaign
- Conduct post campaign analysis
- Coordinate with internal departments and business partners to resolve issues (complaints, claims, cancellation, billing and payment difficulties etc.)
- Assist Business partner and arrange Call Monitoring session.
- Any other assign by superior
Experience requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in related fields
- 2-3 year’s working experience in campaign or project coordination
- Experience in insurance, e-commerce, bancassurance, online industry would be advantage
- Good communication skill in English
