Job Responsibilities
Job Responsibility:
- Keep improving QC & Inventory management
- Forecast supply and demand
- Monitor inventory levels to meet customer demand and replenish stock as needed
- Plan and manage stock space and its cycle
- Control waste and deadstock
- Ensure all quality standards and procedures are maintained
- Investigate all customer complaints, determine root cause and provide corrective actions
- Evaluate supplier performance and drive for continuous improvement
- Ensure internal control implemented
- Control SKU master data
Experience requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or in related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the supply chain or similar
- Over 2 years in supervisor/assistant manager level is a plus
- Passionate and self-starter
- A demonstrated commercial mindset with strong analytical skill
- Demonstrated result-oriented with ability to work under pressure, fast-paced with high sense of ownership
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
