Job Responsibilities
· General Administrative support – Answer phone calls, attend to suppliers, arrange courier services.
· Make sure all related documents are filed and maintain properly
· Invoice matching against Orders
· Reconcile monthly customer & supplier statements.
· Credit control functions and collections.
· Performed yearly stock check.
· Order processing.
· In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as coordinating, planning, issuing, and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules.
· Liaise with government departments such as Import & export documentation, Tax & Revenue department, and, etc.
· Perform basic accounting and prepare all the accounting documents for the accountant.
· Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Experience requirements
· Thai Native speaker
· At least a year experience as admin or assistant
· Good command in English
Education requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in related field
