Job Responsibilities
- Get customer requirement and work with Material control and production planning team for production
- Planning Procurement material for issue PO base on PO and Forecasting
- Contact and coordinate with both oversea and local customer, suppliers, factories and warehouse for purchasing material of electronic part
- Issue PP, PO, Tax Invoice and RFQ to customer
- Control inventory stock and follow up material arrival schedule
Experience requirements
- Female/Male, age not over 30 years old
- Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in manufacturing background
- Good command in English
- Able to use computer especially MS. Excel formula/V lookup/ Pivot table
- Can work under pressure and limited timeline
