Business Development Manager

Drives commercial feasibility study for each location in collaboration with stakeholders

Spearheads market research activities to gather potential estimates of various sites/location availability in malls and high streets

Identify structural opportunities of an expansion project that contribute to the success of the company

Develops a distribution footprint blueprint in alignment with internal stakeholders and executes against key milestones

Search new locations for retail stores, negotiate and make deals regarding Lease Agreements at the most beneficial commercial terms

Find scope and opportunities to negotiate the cost of rentals to maximize gross profit

Ensuring completion of the legal and contractual requirements

Bachelor´s Degree or Master’s Degree in any field

10 years of experience in Business Development/ Real Estate, Expansion with retail business

3 years of professional experience as a Business Development (Expansion) Manager in the international retail company

Strong attention to detail and being able to understand and articulate business expectations and requirements

Strong analytical skills and understanding of key variables and metrics that influence ROIs

Process oriented and a good understanding of consumer preferences
