Job Responsibilities

• Set up HR structure and manage full-lifecycle of human resources both HRM and HRD

• Manage internal communication about HR goals and local business requirements to employees and management level

• Understand the business unit and strategy to be an important part of decision-making.

• Implement HR strategy to align with employee’s satisfaction

• Collaborate with management level to advise performance management and organizational capability

• Provide advice for workforce and organization changes

• Analyze and drive cultural change and develop the talent pipeline

• Implement HR policies, procedures, and programs based on business strategy

• Talent acquisition, onboarding & retention

• Performance and compensation management

• Other HR matters

Experience requirements

• Experience up to 7-10 years in HR Function

• Strong in Human Resource Development would be preferred 

• Well English communication both spoken and written

• Experience in setting up HR life cycle would be a plus

• Good in strategic thinking and result oriented

• Knowledge in labor law and experienced working in "Power/Energy industrial" environment

Education requirements


• Masters degree in human resources or business-related field
