Job Responsibilities
- Collect product design from an engineer.
- Consolidate information about the new parts which engineers need for the new design.
- Share this design and new part information internally.
- Request a quotation from a mass production maker or a prototype maker based on CAD data and drawings.
- Summarize the content of the meeting with the prototype manufacturer and the content of the processing method.
- Confirm delivery date for the prototype.
- Coordinate with the evaluation department and consolidate the result information of the evaluation.
Experience requirements
- 4-7 years experience in purchasing and procurement department in the manufacturing industry especially in the automotive business.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
- Excellent Japanese skills (N2+, writing, reading, speaking, listening).
