Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manages all HR work operations through Human Assets staff
  • Executing and changing a company’s emolument program
  • Conducting yearly compensation surveys
  • Analyzes patterns in remuneration and benefits; investigates and proposes competitive base and motivation pay programs to guarantee the organization pulls in and holds the best talent.
  • Performing benefits administration
  • Collective haggling transaction between labor unions and corporate employers
  • Supervises representative disciplinary gatherings, terminations, and examinations.
  • Creating and executing HR methodologies
  • Sets the fundamental plan of career advancement exercises amid the year.
  • Facilitate, screen, and survey the framework of execution evaluation to guarantee that the HRD framework supports management's best hone and wants of employees.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.



Experience requirements
  • At least 7 years’ experience in Manufactory Japanese companies
  • Experienced union negotiations
  • Has general experience in salary and human resources development
  • Logical thinking ability, English communication skill.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Good relationship, Interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with details under pressure and deadlines
  • Good Computer literacy (MS Office, Internet, e-mail, etc.)


Education requirements
  • Bachelor or master’s degree in business administration, Faculty of Humanities, Law, Faculty of Political Science or related major.
