Job Responsibilities
· Work closely with 3pls warehouse and distribution in order to completeness of customer order fulfilment and proactive to communicate to related parties to ensure all customer requirements are processes promptly.
· Create and monitor daily customer order to ensure the delivery date are met customer expectation and requirement.
· Ensure data accuracy within JDE system and EDI interface to 3PLs correctively.
· Ensure customer service process align with company compliance and guidance.
· Escalating queries and concerns including appropriated resolving customer complaints.
· Validate sales order, price scheme, volume adequacy and trade deal before releasing invoice for goods delivery.
· Verify stock availability in warehouse, alert on minimum stocks, allocate stocks upon assignment.
· Provide technical advice or services to clients, sale team and related parties regarding to customer complaints, returns, product recall process and reports to maximize customer satisfaction.
· Creating and maintaining daily and month-end sales reports to ensure all data has been upload successfully.
Experience requirements
· 3+ years of relevant experience in customer service or logistics. |
· Customer Order Management experience |
· Good knowledge/skill on ERP system |
· Good communication Skill |
· Strong excel skills |
· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work internally across all teams as well as externally with partners and vendors |
· Good in English |
