Job Responsibilities
- Provide legal opinion and advice related to Corporate and Commercial for the company and entire business units
- Draft, review, revise and negotiate on Commercial Contracts and Agreements
- Support other departments in related to Legal matters
- Maintain and manage the filling system for contracts and legal documentation
- Maintaining proper corporate interactions with the relevant local, state, and federal governmental bodies
- Handle complex legal matters with multiple stakeholders and forces
- Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding a company’s business
- Maintaining and updating current knowledge of alterations in legislation
Experience requirements
- Bachelor or higher in Law
- At least 5 years of experience in legal
- Experience in international or renowned law firms is a plus
- Strong knowledge in Corporate and Commercial
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
