Ensure that business change projects are delivered in line with directions from Executive Management level
Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating planning
Develop and implement strategies to drive operational process improvements and system developments
Develop, establish, and direct the execution of operating policies to support overall company objectives.
Aggressively manage capital investment and expenses to ensure the company achieves investor targets relative to growth and profitability
Run the team’s performance management process as per company procedures and policy
Monitor performance with tracking and establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting
Proven experience as CCO or in other managerial position, strong experience in executive leadership positions
Experience in Cranes, Hoists or related product is a must
Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team
Skill in ISO, business planning, regulatory issues
Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to the mission
Excellent in writing, reading and speaking English.
