Assistant Accounting Manager

Job Responsibilities
- Being responsible for all accounting and financial tasks, including monthly and yearly account closing, budgets, AR, AP, taxation and forecasting.
- Monitoring and controlling all transaction and accounting functions.
- Ensuring the accurate and timely submission of all tax reports and statutory reports to the Revenue Department and other required parties.
- Ensuring all payments to both internal and external parties are on time and accurate.
- Managing accounting systems and analyzing cost accounting.
- Leading and developing a team of finance and accounting staff to ensure that all activities are completed accurately and on time.
- Monitor and analyze accounting standard knowledge
- Supporting the company's operations by providing financial analysis and feasibility analysis to top management to make proper business decisions.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields
- Experience in accounting and finance including experience at the management level
- Strong understanding of accounting standards, tax and consolidation
- Experience in audit or internal audit background is advantage
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CPD and CPA)
- Must be a proactive, hands-on strategic thinker and strong in managerial skills
