Job Responsibilities
- Contribute and provide leadership in the development for short and long term strategic financial objectives
- Provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets financial trends and forecasts
- Direct and overview all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization
- Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation and reporting to the company
- Formulate design of financial and accounting system and policies to improve of working procedure, report and presentation of financial information
- Experienced in IPO process
- Business partner with CEO and senior management team
- Provide recommendations and strategic support to business leaders
Experience requirements
- Proven successful records with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in Senior Financial role
- Ability to devise financial policy approaches and strategy
- English Proficiency in writing and speaking
Education requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s in accounting, Finance, or related fields
