Senior Admin & Accounting Manager

Management each division (HR, Accounting, GA, Supply chain)

• Developing and implementing each division's strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage overall performance of related division
• Evaluate each manager's performance
• Monitor team performance, eliminate pending issues and support internal and external organization to achieve.

Business development, investment analysis, strategic planning.

• As part of the team to develop companies' strategies, Set, monitor and evaluate the companies' performance.
• Perform role of executive assistant to MD, in order to either execute, as liaison with the projects and assignments. ​
• Gather and analyze data and provide key insights to clearly identify business opportunity.
• Evaluate Department’s performances and growth by tracking, analyzing, and interpreting data and its dashboard.
• Lead in analyzing data to form recommendations in business strategies, plans, and procedures
• Develop effective strategy and business plan for the company in consistent with the company’s vision to ensure.

• Thai Native speaker
• Business level in English language
• Prefer BA in Business / MBA
• Must have working experience of manufacturing industry.
• Prefer working experience as manager of cross functions team such as HR & Accounting, Accounting & GA.
• Must have knowledge of Supply Chain Management and Import-Export.
• Experience medical devices , equipment, hospital-clinic disposable products or pharmaceutical industry will be big advantage.
• Need management experience with subordinate more than 10 years.
• Having problem solving and project management skill, keen to take initiatives and look for opportunities for improvements.
• Excellent communication skills and having ability to work collaboratively with cross functions.
