General Manager - Insurance

·        Build up business strategies and company vision with professional experience of business planning in industry of Insurance to achieved company objectives and target

·        Able to determine company policy and analyze trend that involve with process and business improvement to achieve long term company mission

·        Lead and develop sales strategies and marketing including encourage and suggest team working to be more in efficiency

·        Review and examine insurance Thailand market performance

·        Manage overall of company in order to report risk management and also hold report meeting weekly, monthly and consult to board management

·        Able to manage human resource and company manpower, sales and marketing department, and coordination related to legal

·        Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related field

·        At least 8 years’ working experience in insurance industry

·        Experience in determination and implementation in company strategy and policy

·        Knowledge of regulation and law of Office of insurance commission (คปภ.) and AMLO

·        Excellent command of English
