· Ensure compensation and benefit plans are cost-effective and competitive
· Monitor and improve compensation and benefit plans
· Compare benefits and compensation plans, job classification, and salaries through data and cost analyses
· Ensure company complies with law and regulation
· Coordinate with another department in planning benefits and compensation
· Other related jobs
Experience requirements
· At least 5 – 10 years of experience in HR
· Strong knowledge in labor law is a plus
· Excellent communication and data analytic skills
· Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent in English both written and spoken
Education requirements
· Bachelor or higher in HR or related fields
