Job Responsibilities

·        Oversee and manages all HR work operations through Human Assets staff

·        Conducting yearly compensation surveys

·        Analyzes patterns in remuneration and benefits; investigates and proposes competitive base and motivation pay programs to guarantee the organization pulls in and holds best talent.

·        Collective haggling transaction between labor unions and corporate employers

·        Supervises representative disciplinary gatherings, terminations, and examinations.

·        Creating and executing HR methodologies and activities adjusted with the in general commerce strategy

·        Plans, creates, and leads the execution of HRD framework on the competency base.

·        Progression arranging and ability management

·        Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience requirements
  • Thai national only
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource or related fields
  • 3-5 years of HR work experience, working in a technology company would be preferred
  • Experience in the professional recruiter, in-house, or agency at least 5 years
  • Experience in multinational company and multi-countries are preferred
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (both spoken and written)
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • A good relationship, Interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills



Education requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource or related fields
