Job Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st tier end-user support for Oracle NetSuite and related computing infrastructure (user logins, MFA, web browser settings, printing, etc.)
  • Maintain software licenses
  • Ensure support tasks are prioritized and followed up until successful completion
  • Implement operational tasks as assigned and directed by the Operations Officer
  • Perform other IT support related tasks as assigned
  • Significant focus on the system administration for the Oracle NetSuite.
  • Central point for ERP system issues/problems “snags”, coordinate follow-up, and resolution with system vendors.


Experience requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Computer-related diploma.
  • Good written and verbal skills in both English and Thai as closely work with Expat manager and vendor.
  • Good troubleshooting skills with the proven ability to pay close attention to detail
  • Good to excellent knowledge of Oracle NetSuite System administration
  • Enjoy providing a high level of customer service and support
  • Fast learner with strong interpersonal and communication skills
