- Provide 1st tier end-user support for Oracle NetSuite and related computing infrastructure (user logins, MFA, web browser settings, printing, etc.)
- Maintain software licenses
- Ensure support tasks are prioritized and followed up until successful completion
- Implement operational tasks as assigned and directed by the Operations Officer
- Perform other IT support related tasks as assigned
- Significant focus on the system administration for the Oracle NetSuite.
- Central point for ERP system issues/problems “snags”, coordinate follow-up, and resolution with system vendors.
- Bachelor’s degree or Computer-related diploma.
- Good written and verbal skills in both English and Thai as closely work with Expat manager and vendor.
- Good troubleshooting skills with the proven ability to pay close attention to detail
- Good to excellent knowledge of Oracle NetSuite System administration
- Enjoy providing a high level of customer service and support
- Fast learner with strong interpersonal and communication skills
