Job Responsibilities
- Ensure and monitor Personal Data Collection and Processing processes comply with PDPA including data privacy notice implement, consent obtaining, data localization and cross-border transfer, etc.
- Appear as a point of contact for government agencies, vendors, and employees regarding PDPA issues
- Report any risks or issues relevant government agencies
- Monitor and respond to data subject requests in a proper time
- Manage and ensure Third-Party Risk comply with the methodology
- Avoid Personal Data Breach
- Conduct internal training regarding PDPA
- Other tasks regarding PDPA
Experience requirements
- Bachelor or higher in Law or related field
- At least 5 - 10 years of experience
- First-class knowledge in PDPA, GDPR and Compliance
- Experience as a DPO is a plus
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
