Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication; Customer management
- Regular appointment with customer by video call meeting
- Commit own target and make a own sales schedule at least one week
- Mind that try to overcome pressure
- Update port or border situation to customer in English
- Analysis what information customer needs through regular meeting with customer
- Enthusiasm to collect information by various ways such as on internet from team and carrier
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions through discussion with team and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Attitude to try to perceive the true nature of things
- Morning briefing held in Thai, need to share information with manager
- Report progress of tasks to manager
- Come company on time
- Fix deadline, be on time
- Task management
- Key in logistics cost into share file
- Making quotation
- Support discussion between Japanese customer or Thai Company as translator
Experience requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any related fields
- Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in Sale, Sales support or Customer Services position
- Microsoft Office : Fair ( Word, Excel and PowerPoint )
- Communicable English
- Good command of Japanese (JLPT N2)
