Job Responsibilities
- Manage customer order and provide shipment commitment to customers.
- Day-today performs customer service support in local and oversea customers.
- Analyze customer demand planning processes to improve forecasting accuracy.
- Monitor inventory to ensure the availability of good and inventory level and the correctness from warehouse using SAP.
- Controlling warehouse operation to ensure the smooth of the deliveries.
Education requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Experience in production planning, customer ordering, forecasting production
- Automotive manufacturing is advantage
- Good English
- SAP user
