Job Responsibilities
· Determine of sales strategies, annual sales activities, and implement sales boosting plan to support sales team and customers mainly in Modern Trade: MT, Traditional Trade:TT, and Online Trade
· Analyze profit and lost of sales channel in Modern Trade, Traditional trade, and Online Trade
· Collect sales information, distribution, price, and sales promotion in same product of the market (Competitors)
· Follow up and coordinate with external parties Ex. Advertising agencies, to follow up sales campaign
· Follow up plan and feedback of sales promotion
· Analysis of sales promotion activities and create idea to improve sales activities
· Keep in touch with working process and prepare information for monthly meeting
· Manage Key account officers
· Conduct report of budget and related for supervisor
· Conduct presentation using PowerPoint
Experience requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related field
· At least 8 years’ working experience as sales related to Modern Trade channel
· Able to manage sales team and purpose of new interesting idea for sales
· Excellent command of English
· Experience in FMCG and Online will be a big plus
