Job Responsibilities
- visit customers for product proposals.・ Creation of business documents (visiting cusotmer report, customer list creation, etc.)
- Data entry to the shared cloud system, information sharing, etc. (using Salesforce, Box, etc.)
- Coordinate with Sales distributor company
- Creates and presents technical sales presentations for customers.
- Responsible for the coordination of delivery and service work for various customers.
- Meet with customers to ask customer’s requirements, discuss the company's proposal.
- Plan detailed presentations that show clients product information, pricing, and benefits
- Prepare service product offering and make sure to solve the issue as customer’s various requirement.
- Maintain and develop customer relationship and satisfaction.
Experience requirements
- Must have driving license
- Communicable skill of English
- Strong skill of communication as a sales
- Good command of salesforce and Box
- Working experience as sales engineer 1-2 years
Education requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
