Job Responsibilities
· Manage full-lifecycle of human resources both HRM and HRD
· Manage internal communication about HR goals and local business requirements to employees and management level
· Understand the business unit and strategy to be an important part of decision making.
· Implement HR strategy to align with employee’s satisfaction
· Collaborate with management level to advise performance management and organizational capability
· Provide advice for workforce and organization changes
· Analyze and drive cultural change and develop a talent pipeline
· Implement HR policies, procedures, and programs based on business strategy
· Talent acquisition, onboarding & retention
· Performance and compensation management
· Other HR matters
Experience requirements
· Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Function
· Strong in Human Resource Development would be preferred
· Well Chinese/English communication both spoken and written
· Good in strategic thinking and result oriented
Education requirements
· Bachelor or higher in HR or related field
