Job Responsibilities
- To key order to system
- To monitor delivery on time and report to customer (order balance)
- To negotiate with factory, to improve delivery delay
- To contact supplier, forwarder and broker to arrange shipment
- To confirm delivery to customer (Excel report/Email)
- Cancellation order according to customer request
- Price register and control
- Stock management
- To issue scrap proposal form
- To analyses slow moving stock and report to superior
- Physical inventory checking at warehouse
- Problem solving
- Daily correspondence by email and telephone call with supplier in oversea and internal organize
- Customer visit in case of delivery problem or request from customer.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor degree in any filed
- At least 1 years in Customer Service or any related
- Good Command in English: TOEIC 600
- Enjoying to operate system and handle documentation daily
- Can work under pressure and be patient
- Have service mind and understand customer's nature
- Computer ability, Excel skills required (Vlookup/ If / Sorting) is preferable
