Job Responsibilities

  • To key order to system
  • To monitor delivery on time and report to customer (order balance)
  • To negotiate with factory, to improve delivery delay
  • To contact supplier, forwarder and broker to arrange shipment
  • To confirm delivery to customer (Excel report/Email)
  • Cancellation order according to customer request
  • Price register and control
  • Stock management
  • To issue scrap proposal form
  • To analyses slow moving stock and report to superior
  • Physical inventory checking at warehouse
  • Problem solving
  • Daily correspondence by email and telephone call with supplier in oversea and internal organize
  • Customer visit in case of delivery problem or request from customer.

Experience requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any filed
  • At least 1 years in Customer Service or any related
  • Good Command in English: TOEIC 600
  • Enjoying to operate system and handle documentation daily
  • Can work under pressure and be patient
  • Have service mind and understand customer's nature
  • Computer ability, Excel skills required (Vlookup/ If / Sorting) is preferable
