Job Responsibilities
- Lead all manufacturing engineering, encompassing capital and process development projects, providing superior technical knowledge
- Provide leadership, outstanding people skills and management to a team
- Installation, maintenance and improvement of production lines, managing contractors and ensuring that Health, Safety and Environmental
- Implement and manage continuous improvement principals by highlighting deficiencies and recommending changes in training, working practices and processes
- Manager and forecast departmental budget
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance
Experience requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial engineering or related fields)
- 10 years in related work experience including 5 years on Management level
- Experience in manufacturing environment, particularly in automotive industry
- Good English communication
- Good computer skill (MS Office , AutoCAD 2D,3D)
- Strong leadership, problem solving skill, people management, Can-Do attitude
Education requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial engineering or related fields)
