Job Responsibilities
- Actively participate in the sales turnover achievement
- To develop network and clientele.
- Generate new clients and sales, follow up with clients on new goods
- Actively participate in the sales turnover achievement.
- To maintain visual merchandising standards according to guidelines.
- Participate in sales promotion events
- Communicate a passion for the brand
- Team spirit – Teams up with others to ensure customer satisfaction
- To provide an excellent customer experience in the whole customer journey including answer customers’ queries and concerns
- To maintain visual merchandising standards according to guidelines
- Basic knowledge of Made to Measure (MTM) e.g. Measurements for alteration services
- Well verse of the Menswear luxury market
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Store Manager
Experience requirements
- Experience from luxury retail at least 3 years
- Good command of English
- Chinese is preferable
