Site communication manager

·        Define the communication plans (internal, external, change communication) of the site(s)

·        control of associated risks and the overall consistency of the communication.

·        Advise the Site Management team in its communication and ensure, by delegation of the Site Director

·        the representation of the site to external local partners (except press)

·        in order to contribute to the protection and development of the Company's reputation at the local level

·        the development of employee engagement and the achievement of the objectives of the site(s).

·        The strategic communication plans of the site and/or change are defined and are integrated into the management of the site

·        Dedicated communication and/or change actions are planned, coordinated and effective scope and impact

·        Specific actions and tools defined and/or implemented promote employee engagement

·        Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related field

·        At least 5 years’ experience in communications or related fields.

·        Excellent command of English

·        Able to work in Saraburi
