Job Responsibilities

Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence

Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

Fulfill the highest level of responsibility for strategy development in the country with the aim of achieving and exceeding sales revenue and profit objectives

Accurate business forecasting for assigned country/territory by understanding the deals in the CRM pipeline and qualifying those deals.

Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Experience requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in any field 

At least 5 years of experience in Sales Manager in related product for Thai and Vietnam

Experience in Channel Sales is a must

Strong in customer-facing environments along with a proven track record of building strong relationships with key accounts and partners.

Excellent communication and presentation skills combined with strong interpersonal skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Thai
