Experience requirements
· At least 8 years of experience in HR
· Experience in sourcing candidates from freshly graduated level to C-level
· Strong management and people skills
· Experience in a recruitment agency is a plus
· Excellence in English both written and spoken
Education requirements
· Bachelor or higher in HR or related fields
