Job Responsibilities
- Conduct business development as well as marketing research for the development of residential, office, hotel, retail, and etc.
- Study feasibility of real estate development business in Thailand.
- Conduct overall market research related to real estate development business.
- Develop business strategy, scheme, and model for the new business or project.
- Collaborate with joint venture and related to do real estate development business.
- Support the executives for any kinds of requested tasks
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Real Estate, Business Administration or any related fields.
- 3 years’ experience in marketing in real estate development.
- Good understanding about feasibility study in real estate business.
- Good command of English.
