Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to gather requirements from customers.
- Define features, pros, and cons of the product in order to support product selection.
- Finding the best tech solution among all possible to meet customer requirements.
- Supply the technical details of proposed solutions and man-day estimation.
- Create presentation documents and explain technical terms to customers.
- Always seek and catch up for new technology trends in the market
Experience requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- 3-5 Years of experience relating to pre-sale (technical), implementation in systems, or passion to be pre-sale.
- Understand general concepts of systems trending on the market.
- Familiar with MS Window Active Directory, MS Window Admin, Linux admin, MS O365, PowerShell (option), HCI (option), Identity access management (option), AWS (option)
- Good communication in English.
