Job Responsibilities
· Responsible and ensure the sale target for Group Insurance growth according to the company goal.
· Acquire new business opportunities in the market, create business development pipelines, drive end to end sales process
· Assess new business opportunities, create the competitive advantage with a strategic approach to drive new business wins.
· a Sales flow for the support sales team and customer End to End process and prioritization.
· Update sales weekly, sales forecast, and update issue- action plan.
· Manage, coach, advise, train, and support your amazing sales team to drive them to achieve their KPI and target.
· Solve team issues and help them find solutions
Experience requirements
· Bachelor’s degree or Higher in Economics, Marketing or related filed
· At least 3 years experienced as sales or BD of Group Insurance products
· Experience in manager level with subordinates
· Good Command in English
