Job Responsibilities
- Conducting and overseeing internal reviews or audits periodically to ensure that compliance procedures are followed
- Conducting or directing the internal investigation of compliance issues
- Evaluating business activities such as an investment to evaluate or assess compliance risk
- Discussing and arising compliance issues with management level staffs
- Ensuring and verifying all regulatory policies and procedures are complied
Experience requirements
- Bachelor or higher in Law or related field
- At least 10 – 15 years of experience in compliance
- Experience in the IT industry is a plus
- Excellent in management and leadership skills
- Self-motivated person who enjoy working in fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
