Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting and/or managing the establishment of financial status by developing and implementing systems to incorporate financial information as being a key person in the organization to drive the accounting team in order to achieve objectives.
- Manage the periodically financial reports and support in management reporting with the variance/result analysis.
- Supervise the general accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, treasury, compliance and taxes etc.
- Liaises with external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance and participate in the ongoing development/establishment of accounting policies and procedures or strategies.
- Participate in strategic financial projects including implementation of ERP software and make recommendations for changes as needed and perform other tasks as assigned by the management.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance with minimum 5 years’ experience in accounting/finance
- Strong in analytical, solid networking, interpersonal, problem solving, outstanding communication skills and ability to drive process and systems improvement
- Fluent communication in English and competent in computer literacy
