Job Responsibilities
· Developing HR agendas, strategies, policies, and practices
· Improve and monitor employee productivity
· Structure compensation and benefit packages including manage staff wellness initiatives
· Mentor managers on employee development best practices
· Advise on hiring and terminations
· Conduct investigation in response in employee complaints
· Develop succession plans
· Other related job
Experience requirements
· At least 5 – 10 years of experiences in HR
· First class knowledge in developing succession plans
· Strong in management and interpersonal skill
· Excellent in English both written and spoken
· Experience in infrastructure business would be an advantage
Education requirements
· Bachelor or higher in HR or related fields
