Job Responsibilities
- Supports Channel Managers in establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations
- Supports in meeting Channel Managers assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts
- Supports in the joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis as assigned
- Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources
- Consults, Discusses with Channel Managers & Manages potential channel conflict by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement
- Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements
- Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners
- Helps in identifying and addressing Channel Gaps Works for the development of new channels and bring to speed for long-term revenue growth
- Helps in required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame
- Achieves assigned sales quota
Experience requirements
- Bachelor degree's in Engineering Mechanical / Chemical or related field
- 4 to 6 years of Sales Experience in a B-to-B Sales Environment preferably in Channel Sales
- Strong Commercial background (experienced in selling Equipment’s like Homogenizers, Pumps, Valves, Heat Exchangers, Separators, etc.) to Nutrition & Health Industry (Dairy, Beverage, Food Processing, Pharma, Fats & Oils, Personal Care, etc.)
- Thinks out of the box/ challenges status quo
- Ability to understand business needs/market strategy
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in complex situation and guide the channel team
- Fluent command of English
