Job Responsibilities
- Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team
- Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting
- Develop and maintain a financial model for real estate development projects which is integrated with forecasts of other businesses of the group.
- Advising on long-term business and financial planning
- Prepare Souse of fund for new project and operation cash flow
- Develop commercial strategy and execution to deploy implementation and action plan for each specified market.
- Manage all design development, project management and construction issues from initial research to project execution.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance/ accounting or others related field
- Strong finance and accounting local and international standard of finance and accounting rules and regulations
- Attention to details, reconciliation skill and accountability
- Possesses strong time management, analytical and communication skills
- Good experience in Project Financial and Cash flow management
- Good command of English and Thai language both written and spoken in business level is required.
