Job Responsibilities
- Review accounting reports & accounting document (all vouchers).
- Monitor and review full scope of finance and accounting, GL, A/R-Receipt, A/P-Payment, Fixed Asset and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
- Monitoring receiving - payments from account reports. And the corresponding bank balance.
- Collect and analyze sales data and trends and prepare necessary reports periodically.
- Prepare cheque and pay money transfer by Mizuho Bank, Ltd. Bangkok Branch on the 5th, 15th, 25th every month with including make E-withholding tax.
- Review the correctness of tax report and withholding tax: PND 3, 53, PP 30, 36 report before submitting to the Revenue Department
- Perform monthly and year end physical count inventory.
- Make stock card and cost calculate.
- Proceed to destroy expired and damaged products according to the Revenue Department regulations.
- Perform month-end closing
- Make Excel estimate spreadsheets for P&L, income summary, and trial balance.
- Reconciliations of bank, VAT, debtors, cash in hand
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve organization target.
- Performs any additional responsibilities as may be requested or assigned from time to time.
- Coordinate with the auditor, Accounting firm, Supplier, Customers, bank, government agencies etc.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting / Finance or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experiences in accounting / finance also reporting to foreign countries is preferable
- Good command in English
- Proficiency in MS office
- Good attitude, proactive, able to work well under pressure, willing to work as a team, attention to details, problem-solving skills and Can do attitude
