Job Responsibilities
- Develop a solid and trust relationship between major key clients and company
- Responsible for Southeast Asia market
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Handle Sales target, KPI, revenue and other company management target
- Standardize sales operation for both Traditional Trade and Modern Trade channel
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in marketing, Business Administration or any related filed
- At least 8 years of experience in Key Account Manager, Modern Trade Sales Manager with FMCG business
- Experience in Southeast Asia market is preferred
- Good at communication and negotiation skill
- Good command of English
