Job Responsibilities
  • Develop a solid and trust relationship between major key clients and company
  • Responsible for Southeast Asia market
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Handle Sales target, KPI, revenue and other company management target
  • Standardize sales operation for both Traditional Trade and Modern Trade channel
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
Experience requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in marketing, Business Administration or any related filed
  • At least 8 years of experience in Key Account Manager, Modern Trade Sales Manager with FMCG business
  • Experience in Southeast Asia market is preferred
  • Good at communication and negotiation skill
  • Good command of English
