Job Responsibilities
Customer Service Support
- Prepare & Follow sales managers requests regarding order brief, quotation and technical documents
- Assist in the order process and support the relevant documents
Admin function
- Participate, follow and support all the social life & legal matter of the company such as a monthly record of paid leave and HR announcement
- Receiving & addressing incoming calls & Welcoming guests at Entrance
- Participate in various admin tasks upon request
Experience requirements
Qualification:
- 3 years of working experience in accounting or finance
- Good command in English both written and spoken
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
