Job Responsibilities
· Generate time attendance monthly report to be a part of overtime and salary process that provides to C&B department
· Manage and administer office facilities to ensure the smooth running of the business operation
· Manage and oversee the maintenance of office space and facilities, equipment and suppliers, renovation, and furniture with effective utilization of resources.
· Perform day-to-day HR operations, duties, and support administration function
· Design, develop and expand training programs
· In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as coordinating, planning, issuing, and following up on purchase orders
· support on daily operation activities in facilities management including building maintenance/repairs, common areas maintenance, office upkeep/maintenance, office furniture/equipment, office stationery, canteen, etc.
· Support ad-hoc tasks related
Experience requirements
· At least 5 years of experience in management level
· Good interpersonal and time management skills
· Good commands in English
Education requirements
· Bachelor/Master’s degree in human resource or related fields
