Job Responsibilities
- Manage overall marketing functions ranging from product development, channel development marketing, branding, promotional campaigns and marketing strategies
- Manage marketing team and coordinate with internal parties to ensure efficiency of marketing plan
- Plan, manage and control marketing budget
- Execute customer research and competitors benchmark
- Execute marketing plans and promotional campaigns for new and existing products
- Monitor the effectiveness of all marketing activities
Experience requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in business administration or related field
- Minimum 10 years' experience in management position in marketing function
- Experienced in furniture, office equipment is preferable
- Strong leadership and negotiation skill
- Good analytical with strategic thinking
- Can-do Attitude
- Result oriented with ability to work under pressure
Education requirements
