Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare the Department's action plan based on the Division Manager's direction
  • Preparing the financial plan for the Department including providing analytical and financial accounting to drive business result
  • Execute the plan, controlling every activity and expenditure based on the plan, observing regulation, OCAP Policy and ethics
  • Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting and ensure that all statutory requirements of the Company are met including Thai GAAP, Tax rules and regulation
  • Responsible and lead contribute end-to-end timely and accurate financial reporting process from record compilation, month end close reconciliation, result analytics, internal and external reporting
  • Planning, developing, and implementation of financial policies, procedures and controls to ensure complete, accurate and timely reporting. Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
  • Manage all treasury operations of the Company, including cash flow management, cash forecasting, securing, and managing credit, and implementing cash monitoring process
  • Train, educate and instruct the members in the Department to develop next generation leaders and efficient workforce team
  • Special projects as required

Experience requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
  • Proven accounting/finance leader with strong analytical skills Experience leveraging financial and business systems to monitor business activities and aid in decision making
  • Accounting standard and Tax regulation
  • An analytical mind, the ability to develop strong working relationships, business awareness, ability to stick to time constraints, details and results-oriented
  • Good Report-writing and English communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint, SAP system (preferable)
