Job Responsibilities
  • Leading, training, and motivating the after-sales team to meet sales targets.
  • Providing high-quality customer service and maximizing profit through increased patronage.
  • Establishing and retaining contact with clients to obtain customer feedback.
  • Maintaining good relationships with clients to ensure increased sales.
  • Developing and implementing strategies for ensuring a satisfied and increased return.
  • Working with other sales departments to discuss business plans, strategies for enhancing sales performance.
Experience requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields.        
  • Experience in customer service from hotel business is preference
  • Have experience in handling VIP customer is a must
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good in English
