Job Responsibilities
- Leading, training, and motivating the after-sales team to meet sales targets.
- Providing high-quality customer service and maximizing profit through increased patronage.
- Establishing and retaining contact with clients to obtain customer feedback.
- Maintaining good relationships with clients to ensure increased sales.
- Developing and implementing strategies for ensuring a satisfied and increased return.
- Working with other sales departments to discuss business plans, strategies for enhancing sales performance.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
- Experience in customer service from hotel business is preference
- Have experience in handling VIP customer is a must
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good in English
