Job Responsibilities
- Review & Summarize of description such as nature of work, work scope, schedule of work and tender submission.
- Coordinate with customer for additional information required and update to team meeting.
- Follow up with client for status of result of bidding.
- Timely follow up and expedite with related disciplines for estimation as was document required ensure tender submission schedule.
- Prepare and update status of proposal process.
- Responsible for environmental management, Health Safety Management and document controlling.
Experience requirements
- 5 years’ experience in project management, proposal management, cost estimation and tender execution.
- Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical, Civil or related field
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Good command of English both speaking and writing
