Job Responsibilities
  • Communicate and coordinate with Customer, Warehouse, Accounting, Sales & Marketing
  • Review OOB change machine, Transfer spare parts to branch, Quotation, Pretty cash
  • Train employees, identify, analyze and repair product failures, order and replace parts as needed
  • Determine and recommend which products or services best fit customers’ needs
Experience requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any fields
  • Over 10 years of experience in Technical Service or Customer Service
  • Experience from machinery business
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Strong Customer service skills and knowledge of CRM system
  • Familiar with Winspeed system operation
