Job Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and revise plaint, motion, defendant, and other courts documents related to the company's cases
- Attend and be a representative of the company in the courts
- Provide consults, legal opinions, strategies, or solutions in the cases
- Negotiate and ensure the highest benefit of the company during the pre-trial and trial procedures
- Coordinate and alias with other departments in relation to legal matters

Experience requirements
- Bachelor or higher in Law
- Lawyer License is a must
- At least 5 - 10 years of experience in Litigation, Labour, and Corporate and commercial
- Strong knowledge and proven experience in Labour, Civil, Criminal and/or Intellectual Property cases
- Fluent in English in both written and spoken
